Shipping & Delivery

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing time depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship.

For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A personalised order typically takes 7-10 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
